An Integrative Approach

Internal Family Systems recognizes that inner conflict often arises when different parts of us pull in opposing directions. Instead of labeling these parts as dysfunctional, IFS sees them as trying to protect the person in their own way. Healing happens when these parts are understood, respected, and integrated by the Self.

Psychodynamic Therapy focuses on understanding the unconscious mind and understanding how early life experiences, unresolved conflicts, and deeply rooted emotions influence current thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. It often involves exploring defense mechanisms, recurring relational patterns, and inner emotional conflicts to deepen insight of one's emotions, desires, and behaviors.

Sex therapy use a combination of talk therapy, education, and behavioral techniques to address a wide range of sexual concerns to improve well-being. In a supportive and non-judgmental environment, clients explore their feelings, beliefs, and experiences related to sex. The goal of sex therapy is to help clients feel more confidence and comfort with their sexuality.

EMDR promotes emotional resilience and a greater sense of well-being by transforming the impact of past traumas on current functioning. Developed by Francine Shapiro, EMDR involves a structured eight-phase process that includes desensitization through bilateral stimulation (delivered by eye movements, tapping, or music) to reprocess traumatic memories.
